Our BackgroundPulse had its origins as the contact centre for electricity company Network Waitaki. After the 1998 electricity reforms in New Zealand Pulse was formed and split off from Network Waitaki as a standalone business. Pulse has subsequently transformed into a very focused privately owned operation providing outbound contact centre and fulfilment service support for many of New Zealand's leading companies. Pulse offers the advantages of a very stable North Otago workforce and lower operational costs than competing suppliers in major centres.
